BUS120 Business Law
A study of legal aspects of contracts, sales contracts, negotiable
instruments agency, partnerships, corporations, and property for the
purpose of expanding the student's understanding of the legal rights and
liabilities in the ordinary course of business. Legal aspects of business
transactions and their ramifications for actual business situations with
emphasis on the application of business law. Topics include: bailments,
sales, security devices, negotiable instruments, leases and mortgages,
legal aspects of business associations including employment, agency,
